Receptionist - Office assistant
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTANTIVE
We're looking for a full-time receptionist/office assistant. Candidates should have secretarial skills and must be hard working. Candidates need to be able to handle a fast pace, multi-task while maintaining multiple schedules for different personnel in the office.
Job Duties (may include but not limited to):
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Manage technician's calendar
- Fill out applications and follow up with clients
- Handling correspondence and directing letters to clients
- Handling the billing System
- Computer and Microsoft Office Knowledge
Requirements:
- Available to travel to job-site
- bachelor degree or Equivalent
- Ability to Multitask
